We believe there are really only three things needed to be a successful business:

  • 1. Provide superior customer service.
  • 2. Consult without bias.
  • 3. Refuse to be average.

We could get all philosophical with you and say things that aren’t really meaningful. We could go on a retreat and write an incredible mission statement, but that’s just not us.


We come to work every day and strive to meet these three goals. If we consistently provide you with an overall experience that you can’t get somewhere else, we feel like everything else falls into place. We don’t worry about how many clients we have, or where we rank with other agents. If we nail our three goals every day, you’ll be happy and your referrals will be happy.


We are a big enough company to meet your demands on time, and small enough to provide personal service that is unmatched in the area.

Our office is in Rogers, Arkansas off I540 (near Cross Church or in Village on the Creeks). We wanted a place, easy for you to get to, and pleasant to visit. We don’t want to be lumped in with those agents working out of their cars or in the urban high rise. Again, that’s just not us.


We all live in Northwest Arkansas and benefit from everything it has to offer. We call the Hogs and swing with Strike. We complain about the traffic during craft fairs and visit them anyway. We marvel at the seasons when we visit Beaver Lake and Devil’s Den, Eureka Springs and the Apple Festival. We golf, rumble with Bikes, Blues and BBQ, get some culture at Walton Arts Center. Most of all we value the lifestyle we have here.


The owner almost always brings her dog in, so if you give us a call or visit you might get to meet Tag Along. We take turns walking her around the small lake on our office property and sometimes pick up a Subway sandwich and head to the trail for quick lunch.


We’re here all week, 8 to 5 (unless it’s a holiday), and you shouldn’t be surprised if we are with clients at odd hours or on weekends because that’s just what we do if we are needed.
