Liz Hatfield, RHU

Team leader, lifelong K.C. Chiefs fan, entrepreneur

Liz is a principal partner of Hatfield and Associates, Inc., is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management, and has been past president and served on the Northwest Arkansas Health Underwriter’s Association (NWAHUA) Board of Directors. She has worked in the health and life insurance profession since 1989, and currently participates as a member of the Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield Agent Advisory Board.

Liz put her entrepreneurial spirit to work by opening the doors of Hatfield and Associates, Inc. in 2008. Her belief in remarkable customer service and dedication to the local client has forged strong relationships and built an extraordinary reputation. She infuses the company with a spirit of integrity and a commitment to always do what’s right for the customer.

Liz has served on the NWA Crisis Intervention Center Board of Directors and supports CASA, Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter and Arkansas Support Network.

Phil Hatfield

Bilingual, veteran, youth sports enthusiast

Phil is a principal partner of Hatfield and Associates, Inc. and has worked in the Life and Health insurance profession since 2008.

Phil is a grandfather of five and spends many beautiful (and some not so beautiful…) evenings and Saturday mornings in our local school gyms and parks supporting extra-curricular sports, scraped knees and winning pizza parties.

His similar dedication to community led him to become a 2009 Rogers Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. The position allowed him to welcome new businesses to Northwest Arkansas and forge relationships across business sectors. This exposure and a keen ability to cultivate business relationships has helped to establish Hatfield and Associates’ reputation. In addition, his ability to speak Spanish is an asset to clients that have Spanish-speaking employees.

Tasha Settles

People watcher, organizer, music aficionado

Tasha is a principal partner of Hatfield and Associates, Inc. and a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors and the Northwest Arkansas Health Underwriter’s Association. She is an active, contributing member of the Senior Market Advisor Advisory Board and the McKinsey Quarterly Online Executive Panel.

The newest member of the team is a native of Rogers and has worked in Northwest Arkansas for the past twelve years. She recently switched hats from executive management to consultant, and is delighted to bring a varied and unique set of skills to Hatfield and Associates. Stop in and see what got her excited enough to leave a career in architecture to talk to folks about planning for a long life of independence, financial well-being and good health.

Tasha served on the Board of Director’s for pb2 Architecture and Engineering and is a past member of the American Institute of Architects, the United States Green Building Council, and the American Psychological Association.

Sherry Roiter

Multi-tasker, motorcycle enthusiast, koi pond designer

Sherry is a licensed agent and has worked in life and health insurance profession since 2000.

While executing flawless customer service for our group clients she also manages the overall administrative activities of our office. When we hit a wall we call on Sherry. If it can be done she will find a way. Her dedication to finding solutions distinguishes Hatfield and Associates’ service. Sherry illustrates her commitment each day when she joins our office from her home in Alma representing our connection to the Fort Smith and River Valley area.

Twila Ledford

Bibliophile, resourceful, canine friendly

Twila is a licensed agent and has worked with employee benefits solutions since 2004.

She is a native of Rogers and fondly remembers the old Rogers Mountie High School where they prepared her to moonlight as a manuscript proof-reader. Attention to detail defines her work habits. She maintains exceptional relationships with her group clients by attending to the needs of daily business operations. She is like having an extra hand in the HR department!

Tag Along

Ball fetcher, napping expert, morale leader

Tag Along is a member of the German Short Haired pointer family. She applied for gun school but her nerves got the best of her. She has been a member of the team at Hatfield and Associates learning the ropes of napping in an insurance office for about two years.

She is a native of Rogers and likes to promote local outdoor venues (Bentonville Dog Park, Beaver Lake, Devil’s Den and the Buffalo River) as well as local eateries. She would like to send a special shout out to Bariola’s, Chik Fil A, and Sam’s Club prime steaks.

Tag is a proud advocate of doggie day care and endorses New Hope Boarding and Grooming who played a large role in her youth and adolescent development.
