Liz Hatfield is an innovative leader in employee benefits management. She has worked in the health and life insurance industry since 1989. She has built strong relationships with clients by being honest and forthright.

Liz is one of the principal partners of Hatfield and Associates, Inc. She is a Registered Health Underwriter, Past-President of the Northwest Arkansas Health Underwriter’s Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Liz has also served on the NWA Crisis Intervention Center Board of Directors and is currently a member of the Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce and Springdale Chamber of Commerce.

Phil Hatfield

Phil Hatfield is a principal partner of Hatfield and Associates, Inc., and a member of Northwest Arkansas Health Underwriters Assn. Phil brings to the agency an extensive background in group benefits solutions and a keen ability to relate to business owners. He possesses tremendous customer service skills. His ability to listen to people and understand their needs makes him a valuable asset to the firm. In addition, Phil’s ability to speak Spanish has been a great asset to clients that have Spanish-speaking employees.

Sherry Roiter brings to Hatfield and Associates a great work ethic. She has been in the life and health insurance arena since 2000. She is a member of the Northwest Arkansas Health Underwriters Association. She manages the overall administrative activities for the office. Sherry is self-starter and supervises a wide-range of company projects.
